Customer Support: Access Questions

1. Does it take long for my login to work?
You'll just have to wait for between 2 and 5 little minutes for your username/password to be propagated on all our servers. If after 10/15 minutes your account doesn't work, just contact us throught our contact page - make sure you tell us as much info as possible so we can fix the problem quickly!
2. There was no login information sent?
If you didn't receive an email with your access information after signing up, contact us HERE or use our LIVE SUPPORT. However, it may not work if you have entered the wrong email or used an unworking email when you signed up. If you can't retrieve your access information using that form, you have to contact us as soon as possible so we can send you your access to get into the Elite Movie Pass members area - you can contact us using the form located HERE.
3. I cannot login for the first time?
Sometimes, it happens that an access doesn't work - you are experiencing that problem when your login/pass don't work to access the Elite Movie Pass Members Area. If you have that problem, first make sure you're typing the good username and password. It can get tricky sometimes, you could type a L (l) instead of 1 (one) etc. If it still doesn't work, contact us as soon as possible using the form HERE, make sure you fill the form entirely so we can help you as quickly as possible
4. There was not prompt to enter my login for the members area?
You have to setup your browser so you'll be prompted to enter your username and password. Follow these directions to do so :
  • From the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, select Internet Options.
  • Click the Security tab.
  • Click the Custom Level button.
  • If you scroll down on the next menu, you will see "USER AUTHENTICATION: Logon". Be sure that ANONYMOUS is not selected. If it is, then you will not be prompted to enter a username and password.
5. Whoops, I lost my password. Can I get another one

6. I want to cancel my membership?
We would be very sorry to see you go, as we strive very hard to keep our members extremely happy with constant updates and the latest products available but we understand if you choose to cancel your membership.
